This is a nice mare! She is the right age to go into heavy work and begin a career. Ali loves people and attention. She is green for her age under saddle but is coming along nicely and has some lovely qualities. She has three nice gaits and could pin in the hack anywhere. She has a more “huntery” way of going and is nicely forward and responsive to the aids. She rides walk/trot/canter and picks up her leads. She is just getting started over fences and is very brave and willing. Ali also hacks out alone and in company. She is sensitive mouthed (nothing wrong with her) and wants a rider with soft hands. She is a mare that will give you 110% as long as you work with her vs forcing her. No buck/rear/bolt and not spooky. Videos coming soon!
Pedigree Notes:
SIRE: RFF Abracadabra is an eventer with a competition record. He is back in work now and adding to his resume in the jumper ring. He is athletic and has TONS of progeny out competing at high levels in dressage, eventing, and jumpers.
Dam: Jubilee is a Belgian Warmblood by Uno de Laubry (by Galoubet A). Jubilee’s Dam’s grandsires are Voltaire and Contender.
**She was sold by Virginia Sport Horses as a foal, resold from original, then I came across her and decided to buy her back to bring along and sell! We did a lot of natural horsemanship groundwork and she will do just about anything on the grtound you want! She is smart, athletic, and curious. She loves going over jumps on a halter and long lead rope and will take you right to them! As she wanted to be “up” at first, we spent a lot of time doing groundwork on a halter and hacking around the farm. If she doesn’t sell, I won’t be upset to get her showing over fences!
